Twists
The locs are twisted in the 2-strand style and wrapped at the ends with elastic bands or knotted back into themselves. You’ll get a slight wave when you release these, but not a tight curl.
Loc Puffs
The dreadlock version of Afro Puffs, this cute style involves braiding the hair into two ponytails, curling the locs, then wrapping them tightly into puffs.
Reverse French Braid into Faux-hawk
The hair is braided in a single row from the nape of the neck toward the front, and then wrapped into a tall, neat, fluffy pile.
Side Bun
The locs are wrap braided from one side of the head to the other, ending in long plaits. The plaits are then styled into an elaborate bun with a braid wrapped around it. Add embellishments for an extra bit of bling.
Wrap Braids into French Braid
Straight wrap braids lead from the left, right and front of the hairline down the middle of the head. They are then combined into a large french braid, and the ends of each braid are plaited.
