Grenadian Formula 1 Star Lewis Hamilton Takes the Heat on Popular YouTube Show “Hot Ones”

Born in England with Grenadian roots on his father’s side, Lewis Hamilton, the seven-time Formula 1 World Champion, has become a global icon both on and off the track. Hamilton’s journey in racing is an extraordinary tale of speed, skill and heart since his debut at the 2007 Australian Grand Prix with McLaren. He was the first Black driver for F1, and in 2008 he became the youngest World Champion. Hamilton now drives for Mercedes-AMG Petronas and is considered one of the best F1 drivers in the world after winning on nearly every circuit from the British Grand Prix to the Chinese Grand Prix.

Off the track, he is the founder of the charity Mission 44. Inspired by the global Black Lives Matter protests of 2020, the foundation was started in 2021 to focus on enhancing education and opportunities for Black students in the UK while promoting diversity in motorsport and STEM fields for underrepresented groups.

As Lewis continues to break records and inspire millions, his latest adventure takes him to an entirely different arena – the hot seat on the popular YouTube show “Hot Ones,” by First We Feast. Known for its unique blend of 10 increasingly spicy wings and even spicier questions, “Hot Ones” has become a viral sensation, inviting celebrities to share their stories while enduring progressively hotter sauces. In his episode, Lewis Hamilton not only takes on the heat but also opens up about the intricacies of his career, fashion, his love for dogs, producing films and more, offering fans a new perspective on this remarkable athlete.
